How can we remember people’s names?
Show your interest. When we meet somebody first time, we really don’t care about him, just we care about ourselves. So first step is you should interest about him and remember his name. Second, when someone introduces himself to you, ask him which name he wants to call him, his nickname or full name. Then repeat his name in your mind. Third, people who worked for Franklin Roosevelt were amazed that how he could remember their names. The cause of that was he tried to imagine their names on their forehead! He wrote their names on their foreheads with especial color! Forth, linguists say that if you imagine a name of some ones and write it with your finger in air, it sticks in your mind! Last, when some says his name, find something that is close to his name. For example, if his name is Craig, you can change it to cracker! Then, his name will stick in your mind!

Be careful!!!
Today when I was writing my respond for article, somebody called me! The number was unknown. First, I didn’t want to pick up my cell, but I thought maybe it was my friend called me from Iran. When I picked up the phone, one woman with strange voice started to speak. Then, I thought maybe it was machine that already somebody recorded. However, the woman talked directly with me. When I asked her who is this?, she didn’t answer. Just talked fast and I couldn’t understand what she said!! She talked about saling that wanted to sale some merchandise that I couldn’t understand. And she said she had a good deal. I told her that I didn’t have enough time and I had to hang up! Then I searched the telephone number in Google and I saw many people talked about this number that is like scam. They call you and want your information. They defraud you and still your money. So be careful. I give the number and also you can search and read the comment that people talk about it. The number is 612-547-0006.

How we can have a good sleep?
Before when you go to sleep, prepare some works you do as usual. For example, take a shower, brush your teeth, prepare your bed and wear your pajamas. When you do these actions, your mind will prepare and it knows the time is a bed time. Also, a bed is equal by bed. It means you shouldn’t do your work, drink something or eat something in your bed. Therefore, a bed is a place that you should sleep. In addition, one or half hour before it’s better to do some exercises because your body gives more oxygen and then after exercising your body becomes bored. Moreover, before you go to bed, you don’t have to drink some caffeine beverages, like coffee, tea and soda. Also, I heard an apple works like caffeine. Actually, it is stronger than some beverages that have caffeine. Overall, I hope these suggestions work for you guys! Have a good sleep!

The weird headache!!
Since 3 days before, I have had a headache. First, I thought my headache was for my sleeplessness. But yesterday I talked to Kim, and she said that she had a headache too. Then after I came back home, I told my mom that I have a headache, she wondered because she said that my grand mom and also her friend have headache!! My mom said that maybe because for spring and it is an allergy. Also, today I saw my mom and she didn’t have a feel good. When I asked her what happen? She said that she has a headache also and my sister has too!! Oh my god that’s weird!! I don’t know what happen to us! I hope I feel better tomorrow because if I have a headache, I won’t do anything!!!

Passover 1
This year is fourth year that we celebrate Passover without my dad. When I was in my country, I didn’t have family like aunts, uncles, grandparents and cousins. We (my parents and sisters) celebrated Passover together, and we had so much fun. Also, it took just 10 or 15 minutes…haha. Because when we read brakhah, we skipped some lines. Last night we went to my grandparents’ house for Passover. Every my families, such as aunts, uncles, grandparents and cousins were there, except my dad! I was very sad last night because I really missed my dad. Also, it took too many times because who read brakhas, she or he read completely. And when my cousins read the barakhas, my sisters and me said them that skipped some lines….haha, but my grand mom knew and she screammmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmed nooooooooooooooo you have to read complete brakha!!! Oh god! So it was boring because some my cousins couldn’t read Hebrew fast and we just waiting for them. Haha and tonight also we are going to have this plane in our house. I hope my grand mom won’t pay attention to brakhas a lot!!

Ten Causes of Old age !!
Stress is one of the main reasons that people become old age. Because of that stress can destroy your immune system. Also, it has bad effect on your cells. Doctors say when your body has new cell, stress affects on it and destroys it. Using alcohols is another reason of old age. When people drink a lot of alcohols, they will have got some cancers, such as breast cancer, kidney cancer and larynx cancer. Do not exercise and do not be active is another cause of old age. When you do exercise even it is small, but it helps you and it decrease your stress and weight. Another reason is don�t use food that has a lot of fatness.
It is harmful for your body and especially your heart. Smoking is another reason of old age. I think this the worst of the other causes because the risk of get a lot of different cancers are very high. The other reasons are, breathing dirty air (air pollution), staying a lot in front of the sun, sleepless, obesity and using a lot sugars.

Busy Day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Today was the very busy day for me. After school, my mom and I went to store to buy something we need for Passover. Then after that, I went to doctor with my sister. Oh my god I hate when I go to doctor, we have to wait!! I hate to wait. I don’t know why doctors don’t care about patients that wait for them. Any way, we waited for doctor 1 hour!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then, he came and after 10 minutes, he had an emergency telephone, so again we waited for him almost 1 hour!! Oh god, I couldn’t tolerate it. Then, doctor came and JUST SAID sorry!!!!!!!!!! What? I wanted to kill him. Then, I came home and did my homework. After that I went to gym! Now, I want to take a shower and go to bed!!

Colors !!
Today I want to explain about colors. Most women are comfortable with people who wear blue cloths. If you buy a red rose for your spouse, it means you love her or him a lot. If you want to have a good sleep and without stress, you can use more blue color in your bedroom, such as your sheet, curtain and what else in your room. If you wear orange and yellow cloths, it means you are very active and happy. If you wear yellow and green cloths, it means you are attractive. If you wear silver cloths, it means you are rich and have lots of money. So every color have different meanings. Afterwards, I explain more about colors!

Some ways to reduce your appetite!
Today I read a health article again. It explains that it is very bad people have overweight. I think today everybody knows about it. So this article gives some ways to help us, especially me, to reduce our appetite. It says we should have an enough sleep. In our body we have 2 hormones that one of them is Griling Hormone (this hormone increases our appetite in stomach), and another one is Leptin hormone (this hormone reduces our appetite). So when we have lack of sleep, Griling hormone goes up in our body and it causes of overweight and Leptin goes down, so we become hungry. That’s why every person should sleep 7 hours in a day. Another way to reduce our appetite is eat the food that had lots of proteins and fibers because they take a long time to digest in our body. Also, they absorb water, and our stomach won’t have enough space, so we feel full. Another way is when you eat something, you should sit somewhere that has enough light. Because when you eat food in a place that has enough light, you won’t burn calories a lot and you can see what you eat, but in the dark a place, when you pick something to eat, you jut put it in your mouth! In addition, when you want to eat food, use a small plate. Because when u use a small plate and put food on it, it seems your plate is full!

6 Manners of Wellbeing!!
Today I read a health article. It explains what we can do that to be healthy! It says, everyday we should drink 8 bottles of water. This is right that drinking 8 bottles of water is very hard, but it is good for our health. Also, if somebody does exercises, he/she should drink water more! When you drink water everyday, the water balances your body temperature, caries oxygen and sends nourishing food to your cells. Everyday we should eat 10 times of meals fruit and vegetables. It doesn’t mean 10 kinds of fruit or vegetable. It means you can eat 1 fruit in 2 times a day. For example, you can eat a half of apple one time and another half another time of day! Everyday you should walk 30 minutes. Your body is like a machine, but it is just a machine that if you use it, it becomes stronger than before. Also, walking reduce your stress and blood pressure. Having 3 breaks in a day. It means if you are busy with your works, you should have a break. Because lots of works are, causes of stress and blood pressure, so try to have 3 breaks in a day. Eating just one cookie in a day. Sugar is your body’s enemy. You should try to do not eat sugar as much as you can, but if your body wants some sugar thing, you can eat just one cookie in day. Two times in a day brush your teeth and floss them. In your mouth is bacteria that is very harmful for your teeth and also your heart. So try to brush your teeth 2 times a day.

Teeth Whitening !!
Today I read the article about teeth whitening, and I think it is an interesting article to share with you guys. Teeth whitening are very popular today. In the America 88% people between 18 to 49 ages want to white their teeth. Because they believe when they have a smile with white teeth, they will have more self-confidence. Therefore, according to teeth whitening in the U.S.A, American people pay more than 1.4 billion dollars in a year for teeth whiting products. There are many causes that change the color of our teeth, such as smoking cigarette, drinking coffee or tea, getting older, taking some medicine and also genetic. Therefore, if you want to have white teeth, you should go to dentist, or after drinking coffee or tea wash your teeth with toothpaste that has whitening. Also, you can buy some whitening product from a pharmacy or ask your doctor to help you. And don’t forget everyday you should wash your teeth 3 times!!

Which parts of body you can allow to touch!!

Hi everyone. I know today we had an interesting subject about touching in different cultures. I think it is very important for everyone to know which parts of body of someone we can touch. Especially for us because we come from other cultures to the U.S.A, and we should know about touching. According to the class and the book, in some cultures are more acceptable to touch some part of one’s body than the other cultures. However, in some cultures it is very bad, and they feel bad if you touch them. If you remember I talked about the book that I have. The name of the book is “THE SECRET LANGUAGE OF SUCCESS: HOW TO READ AND USE BODY TALK” by David Lewis. It explains that how to understand body language and how you can use your body language in different situations. For example, if you have an important appointment, how you can dress up, what color it would be good and how you can shake hands to someone who attends in the meeting. Also, this book teaches you how you can recognize somebody lie to you. In addition, it teaches what part of the body of someone you can touch. This book is very interesting book and you can learn a lot of important things that would be helpful in your life. Also, I scan one page of the book that shows you, which part of body you can allow to touch!!
