How we can have a good sleep?
Before when you go to sleep, prepare some works you do as usual. For example, take a shower, brush your teeth, prepare your bed and wear your pajamas. When you do these actions, your mind will prepare and it knows the time is a bed time. Also, a bed is equal by bed. It means you shouldn’t do your work, drink something or eat something in your bed. Therefore, a bed is a place that you should sleep. In addition, one or half hour before it’s better to do some exercises because your body gives more oxygen and then after exercising your body becomes bored. Moreover, before you go to bed, you don’t have to drink some caffeine beverages, like coffee, tea and soda. Also, I heard an apple works like caffeine. Actually, it is stronger than some beverages that have caffeine. Overall, I hope these suggestions work for you guys! Have a good sleep!

I've heard some of these suggestions before. I didn't know about apples keeping us awake though! Also, I thought it wasn't a good idea to exercise close to bedtime. I thought it made a person wound up and energetic. Maybe I misunderstood something I read in the past. Anyway, thanks for the advice. These days, though, I'm so incredibly exhausted that I have no problem falling asleep anytime anyewhere!

About execising yes you are righ. before u want to go to sleep, u shouldn't exercise, but 1 and half or 2 hours before going to bed, it would be better do exercise but not very strong!
Ok. I get it. Thanks. Oh well, it's too late for me to exercise tonight, I guess!
